NO CONNECTION TO COMMUNICATIONS RELAY DETECTED
Your device is unable to connect to the Colonial Authority Network, and has switched into Emergency Relay Mode. In this mode your device serves as a com relay for any and all devices attempting to connect to the network. By doing this an emergancy mesh network can be established to provide basic communication needs.
